Job Description
Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded IP practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-tier attorneys on sophisticated matters at the intersection of innovation and complex litigation, supporting clients in high-stakes disputes before federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
You will play a key role supporting attorneys through all phases of IP litigation, handling federal and state court filings, managing calendars and deadlines, assisting with trial preparation, overseeing discovery and eDiscovery in Relativity, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, supporting USPTO adversarial proceedings such as TTAB and UDRP matters, and assisting with IP portfolio management, client reporting, and budgeting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with IP litigation and a strong working knowledge of federal court procedures and rules is essential.
