How We Will Compensate You

You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2023, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Individual agent performance will determine your income. Benefits for full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension. Responsibilities: Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Network within the community and be involved in community activities Building relationships through referrals, networking, digital, and community involvement Qualifications Active Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Strong organizational skills to manage electronic and paper records efficiently Ability to assess clients\' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Experience in using digital tools for sales, prospecting, and client management Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and facilitate consultations effectively Compensation

$86,000-$121,000 per year
