Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 Annual Salary Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program.
Schedule:
PTO, Monday through Friday, No weekends.

Qualifications of the Director Social Worker:
Valid LSW or LPC license in the state of NY (LISW preferred)
Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices
Responsibilities of the Director Social Worker:
>Provide clinical leadership and oversight of social work and counselling services Supervise, mentor, and support social work staff and interns
Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies
Oversee intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation quality
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
