In this role, you move beyond the phone and the office. This is a
high-activity, door-to-door field position
where you meet clients directly at their doorsteps and in their homes—providing peace of mind and financial security where it matters most.
The Impact: Protecting Families Through Direct Outreach
You will be the face of the firm, serving as a proactive advisor to families who may not yet realize they are under-protected.
Door-to-Door Engagement:
Take full ownership of your territory by conducting direct outreach and in-home sales presentations. You’ll build rapport and trust through face-to-face interaction from the first knock.
Needs Assessment:
Analyze a family’s financial situation and recommend the specific life insurance products that best fit their long-term goals.
Closing & Documentation:
Guide clients through the application process on the spot, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a strong book of business through consistent follow-up and exceptional client service.
Continuous Growth:
Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in ongoing training for new products and advanced sales techniques.
What You Bring to the Team
The Essentials:
You
MUST
have an active
Life Insurance License .
The Field Mindset:
You are energized by a "boots-on-the-ground" approach. You enjoy being on the move and aren't afraid to knock on doors to find the next family in need of protection.
Proven Track Record:
At least
1 year of life insurance sales experience
is required for licensed agents.
Drive:
A self-motivated, "hunter" mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills—you must be comfortable entering new environments and building instant credibility.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
