Responsibilities

Plan,organize,andoverseeallfacetsoftheHumanResourcesdepartmenttoensureequitable treatment of all employees, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Assumeresponsibilityforfosteringaninclusiveandproductiveworkenvironmentand>

Implementemployeeprograms,policies,andprocedures.

Serveasavaluableresourcetodepartmentmanagersandotheremployees,actingastheliaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.

Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,overseeworkers'compensationprogram,andassistwith benefits administration.

Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.

Celebratetheachievementsandvictoriesofourdedicatedemployeesalongtheway.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.

Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyin healthcare.

ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationis preferred.
