to lead strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and oversee marketing operations across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a company‑wide marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market initiatives across corporate and property portfolios.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to property types, market conditions, and on‑site needs.
Own demand generation, multi‑channel campaigns, digital marketing, and lead conversion strategies.
Leverage analytics, CRM platforms, and performance metrics to optimize ROI and guide data‑driven decisions.
Oversee marketing for stabilized and lease‑up properties, ensuring brand consistency and competitive positioning.
Travel regularly to properties and regional offices to assess performance, support site teams, and ensure marketing excellence.
Partner closely with Sales, Leasing, Operations, Product, and Leadership on growth initiatives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing marketing team; foster accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Lead training initiatives for regional and property‑level teams on digital tools, lead management, and marketing best practices.
Manage agency relationships and oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and cost effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee brand integrity across all marketing materials, events, websites, listings, and digital assets.
Design initiatives that enhance customer/resident engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven success driving growth within real estate or property management.
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands‑on.
Demonstrated experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
Data‑driven decision maker with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to properties and regional sites.
