About The Role Join a mission-driven team transforming the future of aortic care. As a Principal Aortic Account Manager at Endologix, you will be at the forefront of aortic therapy innovation. You will drive sales growth, build trusted partnerships with leading vascular surgeons and healthcare institutions, and play a key role in advancing the clinical and commercial strategy for Endologix’s aortic portfolio. Combining deep expertise in aortic devices and EVAR procedures with strategic account leadership, this role empowers you to deliver meaningful value to physicians, care teams, and the patients they serve.
Responsibilities Physician & Procedural Support
Partner with physicians and care teams to identify appropriate patients, support case planning, and deliver confident in-procedure support—keeping patient outcomes at the center of every interaction.
Arrive early, fully prepared, and clinically sharp for EVAR procedures to ensure seamless case execution, productive pre-case discussions, and a consistently positive experience for clinicians and patients.
Demonstrate strong procedural command and control with integrity and professionalism to drive optimal clinical results, reinforce trust, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Educate clinicians on Endologix’s aortic and peripheral portfolio (e.g., Detour, AAA devices), including indications, contraindications, implant techniques, and procedural best practices—leveraging innovation and evidence-based learning to advance patient care.
Territory Management & Strategic Sales Execution
Develop, manage, and grow trusted relationships with vascular specialists, hospital systems, and key stakeholders by acting transparently, delivering value, and aligning solutions to clinical and economic needs.
Lead new product introductions with boldness and strategic insight, navigating hospital processes—including Value Analysis Committees—to drive responsible adoption and long-term success.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and accountability for results.
Travel extensively within the territory to support procedures, strengthen customer partnerships, and represent Endologix at clinical meetings, conferences, trade shows, and professional forums.
Monitor the competitive landscape, gather actionable market intelligence, and proactively share insights with cross-functional partners to strengthen strategy and execution.
Clearly articulate healthcare economics and value metrics to demonstrate how Endologix solutions improve patient outcomes while supporting system efficiency and sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Organizational Contribution
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Training, Medical Education, Finance, and other internal partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions for customers.
Take ownership of projects beyond core sales responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and accountability in support of broader organizational priorities.
Maintain consistent communication with Clinical Specialists and Regional Sales Managers to align on territory strategy, workload distribution, and shared goals.
Contribute innovative ideas, process improvements, and best practices that enhance team performance and advance the organization.
Clinical Knowledge & Continuous Learning
Commit to continuous learning by participating in advanced education related to EVAR, aortic disease management, and Endologix clinical data.
Stay current on tools, clinical studies, guidelines, and competitive developments—remaining curious, adaptable, and informed in a rapidly evolving therapy landscape.
Administrative Excellence
Execute all administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently, including forecasting, business planning, Salesforce administration, inventory management, training and dinner program requests, required trainings, and expense reporting.
Ensure all cases and scheduled procedures are entered into Salesforce by close of business daily, reflecting integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
Maintain timely, professional email communication and responsive follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Professional Standards
Conduct all activities in strict alignment with Endologix regulatory, quality, and corporate compliance requirements.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all customer and patient interactions, reinforcing trust and credibility.
Other Responsibilities
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor in support of team success, organizational goals, and exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience.
Experience
8+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment; preferably selling into minimally invasive cardiovascular market, EVAR/TEVAR, TAVR, peripheral or surgical related products.
Strong, proven medical device sales/clinical track record with documented growth and achievements.

The Compensation Package Includes
Base salary of $150,000/yr + commission
