Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs and bill of materials from start to finish of a product fit cycle. Lead/direct fit session on live model with cross-functional teams to evaluate garment fit, constructions and styling details. Measure and prep samples for fitting. Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to bring samples to brand fit standards, utilizing written comments and sketches. Anticipate and resolve any potential pre-production and production problems during the fit process. Partner with vendors as necessary. Qualifications
Strong background in wovens, knits, or active apparel. Ability to launch domestic developed samples and create tech packs for overseas styles. Establish and maintain brand fit, spec and construction consistency. Communicate effectively with vendors via email/zoom calls within tight timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules. Skills
