As Senior Director, Global Pricing, you will lead the development and execution of global pricing strategies for pharmaceutical clients, driving value and market access worldwide. You will manage complex projects across multiple therapeutic areas, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor a high-performing team of pricing professionals. This role offers the opportunity to expand service offerings, shape innovative pricing approaches, and influence strategic decision-making at a global level. Accountabilities
Lead global pricing strategy projects across multiple clients and therapeutic areas
Build and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams such as market access, HEOR, RWE, medical writing, and statistics to deliver high-quality solutions
Research, monitor, and analyze the pricing landscape to provide actionable insights
Oversee the preparation and review of study reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
Mentor, train, and support junior staff while maintaining high chargeability and performance standards
Requirements
15+ years of experience in global pricing, ideally within a consultancy environment
Proven track record leading pricing strategy projects and managing senior client relationships
In-depth knowledge of global and country-specific pricing, reimbursement, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to network with key external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals
Highly autonomous, structured, and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
