A Day in the Life: As the Director of Regulator Affairs- NORAM/OCEANIA, you will provide leadership and oversight for all regulatory activities performed for assigned regions. Responsible for developing and ensuring accurate and compliant label information, reviewing formulas for compliance, and supporting regulatory related product inquiries. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable timely and compliant product launches. The Impact You\'ll Make: Manage day-to-day regulatory operations for assigned regions, ensuring compliance of formulations and product labeling. Lead labeling projects and ensure the development of accurate and consistent label information amongst the team, in alignment with country and local regulations. Train and coach team to improve labeling efficiencies. Review formula compliance assessments for accuracy and completeness and validate adherence to the formula specification and nutrition, dietary suitability, and ingredient claim requirements. Partner with upper leadership to finalize and document compliance reviews. Lead regulatory deliverables in Stages 1-3, partnering with Project Managers on timelines and managing the resourcing of the assigned region regulatory team by monitoring workloads to ensure the team can adhere to timing of project deliverables. Partner with upper leadership to provide project support of new regulations and emerging regulatory topics using solid understanding of regulations. Evaluate and respond to compliance requests from Consumer Relations and Sales team on Prop 65, PFAS, non-GMO, vegan, etc. Assist upper leadership with the development of internal regulatory policies and best practices to retain knowledge, improve accuracy, and streamline processes. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor\'s Degree in the field of Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, regulatory Science etc.). More than 7 years of experience in regulatory/compliance, including labeling, registration, formulation/ingredient compliance. Between 1-3 years of experience in other technical roles (Quality and Research & Development) with a proven record of an understanding of ingredient, formulations, manufacturing, and supply chain. Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $135,000- $180,000.
