Are you an experienced HVAC professional or Sales Engineer looking for a high‑autonomy role where you can take technical ownership, influence business direction, and work on meaningful energy and decarbonisation projects?

This is a long‑established, energy services organization with decades of industry experience. The business focuses on helping commercial clients reduce energy costs and carbon footprints, energy conservation measures, and renewable solutions.
On offer is a highly autonomous HVAC Sales Engineer position, where you will support and shape sales strategy, develop technical and commercial solutions, and build long‑term client relationships. You will play a critical role in positioning the business as a strategic partner rather than a transactional supplier.

The Role:
Act as a technical and commercial partner to clients, identifying opportunities across HVAC, energy efficiency, and decarbonisation projects
Develop and support proposals, estimates, and technical solutions in collaboration with sales and leadership teams
Engage directly with clients through meetings and site visits to understand needs and shape bespoke solutions
Receive ongoing development and mentoring from highly experienced industry leaders across HVAC, energy services, and sustainable technologies
The Candidate:
Strong HVAC engineering background within commercial or industrial environments
Proven client‑facing experience with the ability to sell technical solutions
Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
