Serge Sorokko Gallery (sorokko.com) is seeking a Senior Art Consultant for its Napa locations. This is a sales-focused position with management potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities

Close sales in-gallery with walk-in visitors, active prospects, and existing collectors, maintaining a professional and consultative approach. Manage the full sales cycle, including client discovery, artwork presentations, proposals, invoicing/payment follow-up, and coordination of shipping or delivery. Represent the gallery in Napa Valley by building and maintaining relationships and referral partnerships with interior designers, architects, hotel concierges, wineries, and other key local networks. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules; track pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-through. Uphold excellent standards of gallery presentation and visitor experience across both Napa locations. Support exhibition openings and occasional private appointments, including evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field. Proven track record of success in art sales or related field sales, with demonstrated closing ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; polished, confident, and discreet with high-net-worth clients. Knowledge and enthusiasm for post-war and contemporary art. Strong organizational and time management skills; reliable follow-through. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits
