As an Entry-Level Structural Designer, you’ll work alongside experienced structural engineers and BIM professionals, contributing directly to real projects while building a strong technical foundation in structural systems, documentation, and BIM workflows. What You’ll Do
Develop structural drawings and 3D models using Revit Assist in translating engineering concepts into clear, buildable construction documents Update and refine drawings as designs evolve Learn to identify coordination issues and support resolution with project engineers Apply firm drafting standards, templates, and BIM best practices Support project deadlines through organized, accurate, and efficient design work This role is designed to grow with you. This role is open to both new graduates and early-career professionals. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Revit experience through coursework, internships, or professional work Understanding of basic building and structural systems Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Internship or 0–2 years of structural drafting/design experience preferred Exposure to tools such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, or structural software is a plus Apply Today!
