The Director of Sales for Pregis Performance Flexibles will be required to maintain and grow current accounts, as well as fostering new accounts through prospecting. This position will be responsible for maximizing sales and meeting profitability goals by driving corporate strategy through targeted potential and current customers. This position is responsible for the entire range of products and solutions within the Performance Flexibles Films business unit. The Director of Sales reports to the VP of Sales, PPF and operates closely with all team members including Technical, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. This role reports to VP of Sales, Pregis Performance Flexibles. Job Functions

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned prospects and customers Proactively leads a joint business planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive customer relationship. Establishes productive, professional relationships at all levels within assigned portfolio. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical, finance, operations, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Acts as the channel & customer expert within the organization. Develop and own channel value proposition. Work in conjunction with marketing to create support tools for customer acquisition/retention, channel positioning and promotional efforts. Leads product and solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and customer personnel. Establishes and maintains compliance with customer agreements. Decision Making / Approval Authority:

Monitor financial performance of customers Manage channel pricing strategy with final approval from PPF leadership

Requirements

Education/Experience: Minimum level of education and experience required Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of documented success in outside B2B sales within flexible packaging Demonstrated success in strategic account development and management, selling at all levels within an organization Skills & Training

Proven ability to grow new business and accounts through prospecting and cold‑calling. Proven strategic thinking, business acumen and customer focused approach to account acquisition and management Excellent communication skills – written and oral Proven levels of high self‑motivation and personal management skills Effectively plan and implement business strategies with defined deliverables and timelines Negotiation and conflict resolution skills Working knowledge of flexible products, applications and manufacturing capabilities Excel in working in a team environment. Capable of engaging resources at all levels of the organization to achieve goals Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Embrace and utilize technology as a selling tool Results oriented, highly motivated to perform Utilize CRM tools to develop and maintain opportunity pipeline Extensive travel requirements (50 - 75%) – National reach Diversity and Inclusion
