iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

within our Medical Evidence Generation team, you will partner with Global Medical Evidence Generation Directors to execute evidence generation strategies, lead medical studies, conduct Real‑world evidence (RWE) analysis and drive cross‑functional collaboration to optimize global strategies that advance patient care.

Main responsibilities
Optimize Origins application review process maintaining sub‑7‑day turnaround excellence.
Lead vendor partnerships to ensure platform reliability and seamless functionality.
Develop and present Origins dashboards providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
Build program capacity through comprehensive reviewer onboarding and training. Resolve platform issues swiftly, ensuring optimal user and reviewer experience.
Drive congress operational excellence supporting high‑impact medical evidence generation activities.
Develop compelling scientific materials for Sanofi immunology pipeline franchises. Secure approvals and create materials for Origins booth videos and congress collateral.
Ensure timely study deliverables through proactive monitoring and congress planning.
Provide strategic operational support for all medical evidence generation initiatives.
Advise and support global affiliates on evidence generation strategies and key deliverables. Foster cross‑functional collaboration across global teams and therapeutic areas.
About you Experience
3 years of previous experience in a similar position, preferably within consulting or pharma industry.
Soft and Technical skills
Demonstrated project management experience is a must.
Exceptional entrepreneurial mindset.
Driven by curiosity and thoughtful risk taking.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Prior external stakeholder engagement experience is a plus.
Knowledge in immunology, dermatology, gastroenterology, or respiratory is a plus.
Education
Master’s degree in a scientific field related to the position.
Languages
Fluent English (written and verbal).
