Understands and works with Managed Care solutions. Monitoring customer outreach across email, phone, live chat, and online forms. Manages 10–15 customer cases at once and answers 15–40 incoming calls daily. Leads conference calls Actively participates in daily team huddles and cross‑department meetings. Qualifications
What you Bring: 1–3+ years of customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, listening, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience in managed care, reimbursement, or pharmacy settings is a plus. Strong work ethic, independence, team mentality, and a pleasant, patient attitude. Ability to build rapport with sales teams. Strong, confident, professional communication abilities (verbal and written). Well-organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable to changes in the healthcare environment and open to learning. Acts as a customer advocate and liaison across the organization. Able to perform routine tasks using basic technical and conceptual knowledge. Willing and able to troubleshoot technical problems and help improve processes.
