that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.**About the role:**CLA is looking to hire a Consultant Relationship Director for our growing Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice. CAAS provides customized accounting support on an interim and project basis for our clients – public, private and nonprofits ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. We are looking for someone to build relationships with and be the front-line contact for our consultants.**As a Consultant Relationship Director, you will:*** Work to retain current consultants, maximize utilization of consultants and serve as the point of contact for the sourcing engagements.* Analyze consultant skill sets and schedules to determine consultant options for proposed client projects.* Support multiple client relationship leaders and manage the full lifecycle of consultant project placement.* Determine relevant consultant skill sets needed to support market requirements.* Participate in interview, selection, and onboarding efforts for consultants.* Serve as a coach to consultants and help trouble-shoot client issues, scheduling issues, and team dynamics.* Manage accountabilities for multiple markets and supervise 40+ consultants.* Help promote a strong CLA culture and consultant satisfaction/retention.**What you will need:*** A minimum of 8 years of work experience; professional services or client service delivery is preferred.* A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.* Experience in a full-time accounting role (private or public) or consulting with a focus in either Audit, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred.* Prior supervisory experience required.* Prior recruiting or hiring experience preferred.* Proficient in Microsoft Word programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)**Our Perks:*** Flexible PTO (designed to offer flexible time away for you!)* Up to 12 weeks paid parental leave* Paid Volunteer Time Off* Mental health coverage* Quarterly Wellness stipend* Fertility benefits* Complete list of benefits#LI-CB1, #LI-HybridEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
