The Opportunity
Join a respected team of Ophthalmologists and Optometrists delivering full-spectrum eye care to a large regional population
High patient demand with the opportunity to see 60+ patients per day
Supportive, friendly practice culture with highly trained and efficient staff
Affiliated, physician-owned surgical center adjacent to the main clinic
Medical Retina specialists welcome
Excellent work/life balance with 1:8 call and no weekends, holidays, or nights
Compensation Details
Transparent partnership track after two years with proven partner earnings of $1,000,000+
$600,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus from day one
Opportunity to buy into a busy physician-owned surgical center
6+ weeks PTO, plus 1 week CME with a $5,000 annual stipend
Up to $50,000 sign-on, relocation assistance, and additional incentives
