As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will: Assume overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives Facilitate discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level Manage large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters Initiate and lead business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients Support the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc. Be a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendations to industry leaders Engage in business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture’s value to client growth and innovation Demonstrate 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (e.g., product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.) Prove program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry Establish relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industry Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and positioning to expand client footprint Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements Strong communication skills and attention to detail Previous management consulting, program management, or business advisory experience is a plus Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise is a plus Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and/or MBA a plus

Professional Skill Requirements Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment; ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; desire to work in an information systems environment; excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
