Save Job

We're Cuez and we’re reshaping the world of live broadcasting with innovative SaaS tools used daily by production teams across the globe: from newsrooms and sports studios to universities, talk shows and live events. As a Broadcast Engineer, you’ll play a key role in connecting our technology with the real needs of production teams. Your background in live studio environments, hands-on experience in control rooms, and fluency in workflows involving rundowns and editorial collaboration will be essential. You’ll travel frequently (primarily across the US) to guide clients in adopting our tools within high-pressure, fast-paced production settings. Responsibilities

Product demonstrations: Lead live and virtual demos of our products, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers. On-site engagements: Visit client sites (mainly in the US) to provide hands-on support during demos and installations. You will assist with on-prem installations and ensure smooth technical setup and delivery. Technical pre-sales support: Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle. Solution design: Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams and roll-out phases and translate business needs into concrete project milestones. Field feedback: Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements. Enablement: Support the sales team by preparing project documentation, IT materials and training sessions to help colleagues understand the full solution. Tenders: When you’re not on the road, you’ll play a key role by supporting the preparation and coordination of tenders. Your profile

You’ve worked in news studios or control rooms and understand the pace, pressure and tooling behind live broadcasting. You have experience as a technical director, live operator or similar role, giving you insight into live technical decision-making. You’ve worked with rundowns and collaborated closely with editorial teams. You’re familiar with tools such as EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP and other media tech solutions. You're confident working with automation systems and automated control room workflows. You’re a strong communicator able to translate complex system concepts for both technical and editorial audiences. You’re comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%), mainly in the US. You’re fluent in English; other languages are a plus. You’re based on the US East Coast (preferred), to collaborate easily with our European HQ and you have good airport access. Bonus points if you studied media, TV or film, but energy, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset matter most. Why you'll love it here

You’ll work on a product that’s used in live broadcasts worldwide: your impact will literally be visible on screen. Short decision lines mean good ideas get heard and acted on quickly. You’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across engineering, design, sales and customer success: people who genuinely enjoy building things together. We’re lean enough for your contribution to make a real difference, yet established enough to provide stability and structure. Flexibility is real here: hybrid options, flexible hours and trust to manage your work in the way that makes you most productive. We value curiosity and growth: you’ll have a budget and opportunities for learning and room for new ideas. A competitive package tailored to your experience and skills, including health coverage, mobility support and a solid holiday policy that helps maintain balance. An inclusive culture where ownership is encouraged and every voice matters.
