Responsibilities
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Qualifications
Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Organized and manages time effectively
Self-motivation and drive
Great communication and social skills
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Compensation $150,000 at plan commission
