Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage a multi‑year growth portfolio across organic growth and retention, including identifying major opportunities for LPL and our financial advisors.
Translate opportunities into actionable strategies by conducting research, uncovering advisor and market needs, and designing solution concepts that drive measurable growth.
Incubate and validate new ideas through human‑centered design, pilots, and data‑driven experimentation to achieve product‑market fit.
Turn strategy into action by building clear roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics that guide implementation teams.
Collaborate broadly across the firm including advisors, partner teams, and senior leaders to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and outcomes.
Create executive‑ready deliverables that communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership.
Serve as a strategic utility player, flexing across discovery, design, analysis, and execution to advance the highest impact growth initiatives for LPL and financial advisors.
Be a key team member in the team responsible for defining and implementing LPL's growth strategy.
Be an ambassador for LPL, building relationships with business partners to accelerate opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Data, Engineering, or the Liberal Arts.
7+ years of experience in either strategy or management consulting in areas that include growth strategy, growth “hacking”, innovation and new ventures, product strategy & development.
Experience in the wealth management industry with knowledge of how financial advisors grow their business.

Superior analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data + insights and present in an actionable manner.
Superior people and communication skills.
Superior presentation skills & ability to build a story narrative.
Able to take complex topics and make them easy to understand.
Preferences
Management Consulting experience.
Able to take complex topics and make them easy to understand.
Experience of merging human‑centered design with growth strategy.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
Pay Range $145,423‑$242,372/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
