
Overview
SoftWave TRT is a fast-growing medical device company revolutionizing regenerative medicine with FDA-cleared shockwave therapy devices used by top healthcare providers nationwide. SoftWave is seeking a high performing Field Sales Representative that will target and win new accounts, manage and track their sales pipeline, and generate revenue growth. This is a hunter sales role that will drive new revenue quarter over quarter. Preferred locations include: Texas (Dallas, Houston, or Austin), California, Mid Atlantic region, Florida (Orlando, Tampa), Chicago and surrounding area, New York & New Jersey, VA & Maryland territories.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle and close new business as the top priority.
Convert inbound leads and develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
Conduct discovery, demos, and closing conversations that drive commitment and revenue.
Execute high-volume, high-quality sales activity to consistently meet or exceed quota.
Independently handle objections, pricing discussions, and ROI justification.
Build, manage, and advance a pipeline with new leads from specific verticals or geographic area.
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting with clear next steps and timelines.
Ensure clean handoff post-close and remain accountable for early provider activation.
Continuously improve close rates using coaching feedback, metrics, and sales tools.

with speed, discipline, and strong decision control
Maximize win rate
by qualifying hard, positioning value effectively, and closing decisively
Maintain a healthy closing pipeline
that supports predictable revenue output
Shorten sales cycles
by creating urgency and removing deal friction
Protect forecast accuracy
by committing only deals with clear buyer intent
Ensure revenue realization
by closing deals that activate and go live successfully
Continuously improve closing effectiveness
through coaching, data, and self-inspection
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Proven, successful background in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or clinical experience
Ability to learn about medical procedures and technical device specifications
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel within specific territory
3+ years of experience in a clinical or medical device setting, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage large territories, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of chiropractic, physical therapy, wound care, or SoftWave products is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing and walking, which may be for extended periods of time
Lifting and carrying, up to 100 lbs
Pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
Manipulation of objects and materials, including holding, grasping, turning, and touching
Driving
Climbing ladders or stairs
Hearing, in-person and through the telephone or electronic device
Speaking, in-person and through the telephone or electronic device
Visual acuity, both near and far
Regular and predictable attendance
