Field Service Representative
in
Oahu, HI .
In this role you will support operational readiness and logistics support across joint military and partner nation environments. This role will directly support expeditionary logistics capabilities and help strengthen U.S. and allied sustainment postures.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site field support for supply services, equipment accountability, inventory, and distribution tasks.
Coordinate logistics functions, including deployment/redeployment, sustainment, line haul support, and movement of critical materials and supplies.
Support Base Operating Support-Integrator (BOS-I) activities and provide field coordination for JCET movements, casualty evacuation (CASEVAC), husbandry, and berthing services.
Conduct field-level inspections of equipment and facilities; ensure timely documentation of deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
Assist with facility operations, to include setup, maintenance coordination, and integration with pre-positioned supply nodes.
Maintain field records, perform site-level reporting, and submit trip reports and activity summaries.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in field logistics, military sustainment, or supply chain operations.
4+ years of position-specific relevant experience in commercial logistics or DoD logistics systems, inventory management, and base operations support.
Demonstrated ability to operate in austere or deployed environments with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage logistics records, property books, and shipping/receiving documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with logistics in a multi-national or joint operations environment.
Working knowledge of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) logistics support.
Experience with HAZMAT storage, HAZMAT certification, and COSIS procedures.
Exposure to innovative logistics solutions such as additive manufacturing or predictive logistics tools.
Clearance Requirements
Must hold an Active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
