Requirements
8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management roles.
Demonstrated success in scaling people programs in high-growth environments.
Proven track record in optimizing People systems (HRIS, LMS, etc.).
Strong project and program management skills with an ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
Highly data-driven, with experience in building insights and KPIs.
Experience in partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
