Ideal Candidate Profile for a Design Sales Consultant
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in flooring or home improvement
Genuine passion for flooring, design, and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces
Knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes is a plus
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and known for strong follow‑through
Confident, personable communicator who builds trust and inspires confidence
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using tablets, CRMs (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and basic measuring tools
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and energized by a performance‑based role
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance (gas and mileage stipend provided)
