This role supports the

AFLCMC Presidential and Executive Airlift Directorate (AFLCMC/WV)

at

Wright-Patterson AFB , specifically within the

VC-25B program office . AFLCMC/WV is responsible for acquiring and sustaining special-purpose aircraft with capabilities in

command, control, communications, militarization, survivability, ISR , and executing

Foreign Military Sales (FMS) .

The selected candidate will be responsible for

managing the technical content and format of assigned flight manual publications , ensuring accuracy and compliance with Air Force standards.

This role is a

REMOTE

position.

Develop system architectures, define key capabilities, and performance requirements.

Establish design constraints and technology maturity in line with mission needs.

Define system implementation approaches and operational concepts.

Create models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.

Flight Manual Management

Manage technical content and format of assigned flight manual publications.

Issue all

ITO/RACs

affecting the weapon system/commodity.

Verify new or modified flight manual data promptly to ensure safe aircraft operations per

AFI DAFI 63-101/20-101 .

Flight Crew Ops Manual (FCOM)

Quick Reference Handbook (QRH)

Communications System Operator Manual (CSO)

Dispatch Deviation Guide (Flight Ops)

Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience :

9 years with Bachelor’s

7 years with Master’s

4 years with PhD or JD

OR 13 years with High School Diploma/equivalent
