* 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending with proven experience originating loans* A credit mindset and the ability to review, structure and underwrite loans to mitigate risks corresponding to the needs of PGIM’s various capital sources.* Demonstrated ability to be a team player* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.* Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team.* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)* Possessing a book of business in the Northeast* Experience working with all real estate asset classes* MBA from a top program preferred, but candidates with additional lending experience will be given similar consideration.* Experience managing junior level talent**Note:**
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is from $250,000 to $280,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. **This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits including a competitive, discretionary annual cash bonus opportunity along with long term incentive awards.****Work/Life Resources** to help support topics such as parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, emotional and mental health, and career development.
