Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Drive deposit growth with a primary focus on escrow/trust accounts and operating accounts. Identify and pursue new law firm relationships through targeted prospecting and networking. Develop and execute strategies to achieve aggressive deposit and revenue goals.

Portfolio Management:

Retain and deepen existing client relationships through regular engagement and strategic reviews. Ensure high-quality loan growth by supporting underwriting and credit processes. Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs.

Cross-Sell & Collaboration:

Partner with internal partners including Commercial Card Services, and Private Banking to deliver holistic solutions. Facilitate introductions and coordinate internal resources to maximize client value.

Client Experience:

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance and tailored solutions. Maintain high standards of service and risk management to protect the bank and client relationships.

Experience, Skills & Education

5-8 years of sales experience

Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.

Ability to build and expand trusting relationships and partnerships.

Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques and well demonstrated understanding of loan risk factors a plus.

Exceptional business development skills

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
