# Omni Channel Sr. Manager, Kroger###### Share this job opportunityWe have a current opening for an Omni Channel Sr. Manager – Kroger and are actively reviewing applications.The Omni Channel Sr. Manager – Kroger will be part of an exciting transformative eCommerce team within Ferrero USA. This role will be responsible for managing the sales and profit potential of Kroger’s online businesses with the objective of maximizing sales, distribution, and merchandising support for Ferrero’s business. You will be responsible for driving a new way of working between Ferrero and Kroger, as they continue to focus on Omnichannel growth, and the position must work with all cross-functional teams to motivate to drive e-Comm ambitions. We are looking for an autonomous and driven digital commerce professional who will be able to integrate themselves into the locally based Ferrero Kroger Sales Teams and work back with the larger eCommerce Team to execute and drive their retailer specific priorities.* Utilizing competitive information benchmarking our performance and understanding strategic implications* Provide monthly actionable insights and updates on performance, trends and opportunities to the broader eCommerce team* Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within online shopping spaceArtificial Intelligence DisclosureAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
