What you’ll do
Role Summary
Owns the design and visual storytelling of executive communications for Board-level and C-suite leaders. Partners with senior executives to translate company strategy into high-impact keynote presentations and internal communications for Tier 1 moments.
Key Responsibilities
Design executive messaging, keynotes, and communications for C-level and senior leadership audiences
Lead visual storytelling that shapes and reinforces the company narrative across Tier 1 events and strategic moments
Lead the design and creative process for mainstage, global keynotes.
Develop advanced PowerPoint presentations, including complex animations, optimized for executive delivery
Partner with video production teams and external agencies to deliver world-class experiences
Act as a trusted creative advisor in high-stakes settings, facilitating alignment and decision-making
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and narrative integrity
Operate with speed and precision in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders to drive consistent executive communications
What you bring
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years+ design experience for C-level executives and keynotes.
Expert-level PowerPoint design and animation capabilities
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and competence with Figma
Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or Board-level communications
Strong visual storytelling and narrative development skills
Experience working with video teams and agencies on large-scale or Tier 1 events
Proven ability to influence and operate effectively with senior executives
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Executive presence with a low-ego, feedback-driven mindset
High accountability, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines

team is a dynamic and multi-skilled group that champions thought leadership across SAP and beyond. We define SAP’s communication strategy and execute through compelling internal and external content and impactful visual storytelling.
Our team supports SAP’s executive leadership—including the CEO, CFO, COO, CCO, and CMO—by crafting and amplifying their personal brand profiles in alignment with SAP’s overarching corporate strategy. We deliver a wide range of strategic communications, including keynotes, speeches, social media content, presentations, media interviews, articles, blogs, opinion editorials, and more.
Location
Anywhere in the U.S., near an SAP office (hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week)
