Key Skills and Responsibilities
Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and/or any other Patient CRM platform/systems Design and work closely with Architect to define end-to-end flow among various platforms/systems like Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS, ensuring a "single source of truth" for patient data. AI Orchestration: Lead the development of Agentic AI solutions that process real-time data from the Data Lake to deliver proactive "nudges" to patients and case managers. Excellent ability to analyze complex data sets, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data workflows. Creative problem-solving mindset to address technical challenges. Ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Data Governance: Ensure all digital solutions comply with Pharma-specific regulations (HIPAA and regional privacy laws).
