R-010548Manages the strategic planning, development and implementation of Allied’s B2B2C roadmap. Execute successful, long term digital marketing strategies via focus on driving qualified traffic and revenue. Develop a marketing model based on data driven personalized digital engagement with measurable results. Bring creative digital ideas to the full client marketing and sales planning process. Ensure integration of digital into overarching client marketing campaigns. Manage digital engagement platform powered by SundaySky and Allieds proprietary Direct Impact Marketing platform. Manage a strategic account manager and digital solutions program manager.## **Job Duties and Responsibilities:**Responsible for Allied’s consumer facing marketing - B2B2C – 50%* Accountable for the strategy, development, delivery and effectiveness of Allied’s consumer facing marketing.* Understands emerging digital capabilities and Allied’s business model.* Builds and owns a practical and agile Solution Delivery model.* Lead the vision around digital performance marketing, seeks out new ideas, trends, and innovation to ensure Allied’s as a leader in digital engagement.* Define, track and improve key metrics: revenue, conversion rates, effort to sales ratios.* Support all digital marketing customer acquisition channels (e-commerce, email, text, direct mail and social media).* Lead cross-functional team of software developers, designers, client success managers and marketing technologists.* Creates growth opportunities for team members leading to promotion into senior roles.* Seek optimal growth through continuous testing, segmentation, messaging and optimization.* Implement campaigns and initiatives that build long-term relationships with clients.* Source new vendors/partners that best fit the marketplace need.* Collaborate with Product Management, IT, Finance, Legal and Sales Development in development and delivery process.* Stay abreast of industry and competition – track marketplace developments including regulatory, new products and solutions.* Responsible for training on policies, procedures and operations for employees and clients.Directs evolution and integration of digital marketing solutions across Allied’s product portfolio – 50%* Expand development and usage of Allied’s digital video engagement platform.* Manage Allied’s key strategic partner relationships – SundaySky.* Expand personalized engagement (SmartVideo) opportunities and use cases with CPI.* Create and deliver sales presentation and demos to clients.* Negotiate pricing and SOW contract terms with clients.* Manage all internal and external communication including with client, supplier, field sales and product management.* Ensure preservation and optimization of revenue on Allied proprietary products.* Collaborate with sales specialists and Sales Development to ensure achievement of sales goals.* Guide development with Marketing & Communications of integrated marketplace profile.* Partner with Allied IT and/or third parties on solution designs and features.* Responsible for all strategic and tactical deliverables for Direct Impact Marketing initiatives.## Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):* Bachelor’s degree.* 5-7 years of work-related experience.* 5-6 years of leadership experience.* Direct response marketing experience in digital and direct mail.* Insurance and/or financial services industry experience preferred.* Experience managing people in highly technical as well as client facing roles.* Demonstrated experience negotiating business terms and contracts with partners.* Experience handling multiple complex tasks with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment under stressful conditions.* Experience leading / coordinating complex projects.* Ability to troubleshoot problems and/or issues.* Strong ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situations.* Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and listening skills.* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with others.* Innovative and creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to embrace and manage change in an environment where adaptability and unique approaches are critical to success.*The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
