As Senior National Account Manager, Costco/BJ’s you will lead high volume and strategic customers and be responsible for select Costco regions &BJ2s. This individual will be accountable for the achievement of account-specific goals by building strategic sales plans, developing customer relationships, and executing a trade marketing plan to drive sales and profitable growth through effective promotions, new item rotations and retail excellence.

This role will report into the Sr Director of Sales, Mass and is a remote position, with travel as needed to the customer and with the expectation to visit the Tribeca NY office at least twice a year.

Responsibilities

Deliver effective sales presentations that translate data into actionable insights to drive club distribution, optimize promotions, and accelerate profitable sales growth.

Develop and deliver against key customer strategic plans

Build value added customer relationships and ensure key KPIs are achieved

Provide accurate forecasts for volumes and revenue for assigned accounts

Work closely with existing Club business lead, ensuring expansion plans are well coordinated to be complimentary and incremental

Collaborate with cross functional partners internally to develop and align on plans

Qualifications

8+ years of CPG (preferably food) experience; ideal candidate has worked with Costco and BJ2;s in the past

Experience scaling in retail; ideally you’ve grown an emerging brand

Working knowledge of club channel execution, business math and forecasting

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of syndicated sales data (Nielsen, IRI, or Spins) and ability to leverage data and analytics in building convincing data based sales stories

Must be self-driven, results oriented, and able to drive sales while working independently

Willingness to travel to customer and NYC HQ as needed
