
Account Executive (Large Enterprise)

Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.
What you’ll do
Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees
Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects
Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C‑level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process
Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others
Who you are
3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales including selling Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access
Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills

Compensation:
$140,000 - $160,000 Base | $350,000 - $375,000 OTE. Note this is a range and we take a variety of factors into account when determining total compensation for the position.
