Medical Director Role Overview: The Medical Director / MDVM is responsible for creating a positive, team-oriented hospital culture where veterinarians and staff deliver exceptional medical care and outstanding client service. In partnership with the Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager, you will provide medical leadership, manage associate veterinarians, and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards of care. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Texas Ideally 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience Demonstrated leadership experience in a veterinary setting preferred Strong emotional intelligence and people-management skills Commitment to gold-standard veterinary medicine and ethical practice Proven ability to delegate effectively and drive team performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation & Benefits Package
