They will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to support the development and execution of clinical initiatives and innovative medical technologies. The Director will apply process improvement and change management techniques to help facilitate the successful adoption of new processes by the team.This position will establish and maintain cross functional partnerships with capability owners to drive successful execution of various programs. This position will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with its mission and values. This role will also support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.**Strategic Capabilities:*** Create, develop and implement clinical strategy for fluid management, including programs to address drivers for fluid.* Act as a lead and subject matter expert in the development of strategic clinical direction and goal setting for fluid management.**Stakeholder Collaboration:*** Develop and maintain rapport and long-standing relationships by collaborating with clinic TM’s, operators, and clinicians in order to practice and implement aspects of Deployment and/or Organizational Change.* Plan and execute various elements of a deployment.
Including (but not limited to): Stakeholder Management; Sponsorship models; Communication Plans: Training plans and mediums; Project Management; Ability to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams; Development of training and communication materials and collaterals.Lead large-scale strategic projects including strategy & hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations including presentations to executive audiences.**REQUIREMENTS:*** 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar* Bachelors required, Masters preferred with 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience* Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field* Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models.* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively* Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders* Travel: 30% nights/weekends on occasion**What We’ll Provide:**More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
