
We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while supporting executive leadership in achieving organizational objectives. This role focuses on driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring accurate and timely financial management across the organization.
Position Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial modeling and reporting Accounting & Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close processes Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Strategic Financial Leadership
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth Provide guidance on capital allocation, investments, and financial risk management Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance Promote collaboration across departments to support financial goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as Finance Director or equivalent Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business finance Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Experience managing complex financial operations and cross-functional teams Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation Executive or finance leadership certifications What the Role Offers
