Accountabilities:
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, and other paid search channels for multiple EMEA markets.
Develop and implement acquisition-focused strategies to meet or exceed CPL, SQO, and ROAS KPIs.
Collaborate with Paid Social, regional marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and high-quality lead generation.
Perform daily monitoring of search performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations to maximize growth and ROI.
Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding strategies, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with internal teams including growth, product, data, and creative to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
Manage relationships with external search vendors to enhance campaign execution and performance.
Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, including dashboards and analytics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing SEM accounts for B2B brands, ideally in-house for multiple EMEA markets.
Expert knowledge of the Google product suite, including Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and GA Editor.
Proven track record of driving acquisition results and impacting revenue through paid search campaigns.
Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal and external teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Fluent in English; fluency in French is highly preferred.
Experience managing paid search campaigns for HR, Fintech, or similar B2B industries is a plus.
Experience with country-specific targeting, multilingual campaigns, and high-growth startup environments is desirable.
