The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication division is seeking a highly motivated
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
to join our team in
Auburn, WA . This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to making a significant impact on our workforce.
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this role collaborates closely with Fabrication executives and senior leaders within the Tube, Duct and Reservoirs Center (TDRC) and the Fulfillment organization. Primary responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership in areas such as organizational culture, talent management, workforce planning, and employee and labor relations – essential components for success in this position.
Position Responsibilities
Serves as Senior HR Business Partner responsible for aligning and integrating HR policies and initiatives to advance organizational objectives and drive business results.
Analyzes staffing and culture/employee engagement strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.
Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.
Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor for real-time engagement and solutions
Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner
Partner with manufacturing/production leaders and managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand and deploy HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs
Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, providing guidance and implementation assistance on company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
10+ years of experience deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources
Human Resources certification(s)
Experience partnering and communicating with all levels of the business
Strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills
Comprehensive understanding of business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results
