The Position:
The
Associate, Enrollment & Sales – Acquisition
supports theYouth Camps & EventsSales & Enrollment team by helping attract and engage new families to the Headfirst community. This role focuses on the “top of the funnel”work and will be executing outreach campaigns, managing lead pipelines, and contributing to initiatives that convert first-time families into enrolled participants. The Sales & Enrollment team introduces new families to the inspiring camp and event experiences that spark growth, teamwork, and confidence in every child, building trust through clear communication, knowledgeable support, and proactive outreach. The Associate, Enrollment & Sales – Acquisition helps fuel sustainable growth by reaching new audiences, communicating program value, and ensuring that every prospective family’s first impression of Headfirstis exceptional. Location & Travel : This is a full-time, in-person role based in Washington, D.C., reporting to the General Manager of Youth Camps & Events. This role may involve travel and daytime visits to our DC, Maryland, and Virginia Summer Camp locations as well as our nationwide Professional Sports Camp locations – primarily in June, July, and August. Compensation : This role has annual salary budgeted at $45,000 - $50,000. Benefits : Full-time team members are eligible for paid time off and 10 paid holidays annually, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts on our programs and offerings. Timeline : We will begin screening candidates as soon as early February, with a goal start date of late February, 2026. What You\'ll Do:
Support Acquisition Campaign Execution. Assistin planning, coordinating, and implementing outbound campaigns—email, phone, digital, and event-based—that generate inquiries and new enrollments. Ensure all outreach aligns with brand tone, goals, and timelines. Manage Lead Pipelines. Track prospective families frominitialcontact through registration, ensuring consistent andaccuratecommunication. Maintain disciplined data entry and workflow management within HubSpot. Assist with Audience Targeting. Help analynze new-customerdata toidentifyhigh-return audiences and outreach channels. Collaborate on testing and refining messaging to improve conversion efficiency. Collaborate Across Functions. Work with the Systems & Campaign Coordination and Customer Success teams to ensure new families receive clear,timely, and personalized information that builds trust and drives early registration. Support Creative Acquisition Efforts. Contribute ideas for lead capture, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities that strengthenHeadfirst’sbrand presence and fill the top of the funnel. Budgeting :Assistin tracking spend, revenue and performance across acquisition efforts (e.g., campaigns, promotions, events). Help record and organize data related to costs,enrollmentsand revenue generation – supporting reporting of top-line performance and post-campaign reviews that inform future outreach decisions. Policies, Procedures, and Documentation: Support policy and procedure initiatives by gathering feedback,assistingwithdraftingand updating documentation, and helping record and organize workflow processes to improve clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency. Metrics and Reporting: Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing data for performance metrics and reports, supporting analysis toidentifytrends and insights, and helpingmaintainaccuratedocumentation to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or outreach (internships welcome). You are comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data entry best practices. You are a clear and confident communicator, comfortable connecting with families by phone, email, and digital channels. You are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities accurately. You are creative and proactive, eager to contribute ideas fornew-familyoutreach and engagement. You are motivated by growth, excited to help families discover meaningful Headfirst experiences. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals from a diverse array of backgrounds – internally and externally.
