North America Digital Commerce & Platforms is an innovative, inclusive, and driven team with a mission to evolve and elevate the digital business and experience through future growth strategies and agile, in‑season decision‑making.
This role partners closely across Digital Marketing, Site Experience, Integrated Media, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Sport Business Directors, Digital Product, Digital Design, and Engineering, collaborating with stakeholders to align priorities and bring the commercial plan to life.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate brings deep digital expertise and a passion for building and driving an integrated commercial plan. This person excels at orchestrating cross‑functional teams, shaping strategy, and influencing priorities across the organization. They leverage business analysis and consumer insights to unlock growth and deliver an industry‑leading digital experience that meets the expectations of Nike consumers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
9‑10 years of experience within Digital Commerce, CRM, Site Experience, or Marketing, and strong knowledge of retail and direct‑to‑consumer business models
Experience driving data‑based business decisions and commercial strategies
Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization
Experience leading and coaching small to medium‑sized teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON At the center of driving the Nike Direct Digital business, you will:
Support day‑to‑day and week‑to‑week delivery of the commercial plan for NA Digital Commerce
Dive deep into business trends (traffic, conversion, franchise health) to identify insights and recommend actions
Integrate into the go‑to‑market process to ensure digital teams are aligned to support business goals and brand priorities
Look ahead to future months, quarters, and years to forecast traffic, conversion, AOV, and identify key headwinds and tailwinds impacting revenue
Manage the off‑price and promo offense in partnership with planning, sport teams, and operations
Explore future growth opportunities for the Digital business
