+ Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
+ Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
+ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control standards, and address any potential issues.
+ Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.* **Safety & Compliance:**
+ Implement and enforce all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures (e.g., OSHA standards) to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
+ Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks, addressing potential hazards and promoting a culture of safety.
+ Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.* **Communication & Reporting:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for the project manager, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
+ Provide regular, detailed progress reports to the project manager, including updates on schedule, budget, and any unforeseen challenges.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
+ Effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and any changes to all on-site personnel.* **Financial & Resource Management:**
+ Work closely with the project manager to manage project budgets and control costs.
+ Monitor and track material and equipment deliveries, ensuring availability as needed.
