The Role: Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand. Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups. Coach and mentor your team — use ASB’s infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth. Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come. Qualifications

Qualifications: Active insurance license, strong senior-market sales history preferred. Leadership mindset: you want to grow others while you grow your own book. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with event-based marketing. Commitment to ethical, high-service sales that put clients first. Compensation
