Clinical Director
is responsible for the overall clinical quality of our treatment programs for up to 14 clients. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring quality care, continuous quality improvement, appropriate staffing, and budget responsibility. This position is responsible for overseeing all matters related to the clinical programming of the facilities to further enhance our clients’ experiences. Salary:
$110,000 - $125,000/ year Schedule:

Responsibilities
Ensure overall clinical quality of programming with continuous improvement, staffing, and fiscal responsibility. Directly lead clinical therapists through mentoring and coaching; assist therapists interacting with insurance payers. Model normalized eating habits by eating meals to completion with clients and staff while working at mealtimes. At times, the Clinical Director might conduct individual therapy, group therapy, or family therapy. Participate in discharge and aftercare planning with the entire treatment team. Providing safe, affirming and empathetic support across multiple populations. Qualifications
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred; may substitute leadership experience elsewhere. Working knowledge of admissions and intake, Utilization Review, and 3rd party or insurance payers. Previous experience with Joint Commission and regulatory standards compliance is desired. Ability to manage budgets and utilize KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) is preferred. Experience in an Eating Disorder program or other residential behavioral health setting is very helpful. Knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices Employee selection and performance management experience are a plus. Must hold a Master's degree in a clinical discipline, at a minimum.
