Coke Florida is searching for a Director of Enterprise Applications, Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing to work out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday – Friday with occasional nights/weekends.

What You'll Do:

The Director of Enterprise Applications – Planning, Sourcing, and Manufacturing is a senior IT leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise application platforms that support end‑to‑end supply chain planning, procurement, and manufacturing operations.

This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and technology leaders to ensure technology initiatives enable scalability, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision‑making across global operations. The director leads application roadmaps, system integrations, vendor relationships, and a team to deliver business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and execute the enterprise application strategy for planning, sourcing, and manufacturing domains in alignment with business objectives

Serve as a trusted technology advisor to senior business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement

Translate business strategy into multi‑year application roadmaps and investment plans

Lead and develop a high‑performing team of application managers, architects, and analysts

Own the lifecycle management of core platforms including (but not limited to):

Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)

Demand & Supply Planning

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Sourcing & Supplier Management

Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)

Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards

Oversee successful delivery of programs and projects ranging from enhancements to major deployments and transformations

Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with strong governance, risk management, and change management

Partner with PMO, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to drive integrated solutions

Collaborate with business leaders to improve planning accuracy, sourcing effectiveness, manufacturing efficiency, and operational visibility

Enable standardized, best‑practice business processes while supporting regional or plant‑level needs where justified

Drive adoption of digital capabilities such as automation, analytics, and AI‑enabled planning

Manage strategic relationships with software vendors, system integrators, and SaaS providers

Own application budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives

Negotiate contracts, licenses, and service agreements to maximize value and performance

Ensure seamless integration between ERP, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and downstream systems

Champion data quality, master data governance, and real‑time operational insights

Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation aligned with manufacturing and supply chain digital transformation

For this role, you will need:

10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, with significant focus on planning, sourcing, and manufacturing systems

5+ years in leadership or director‑level role managing teams and large programs

Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional enterprise initiatives in a global or multi‑site environment

Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, and manufacturing business processes

Experience with major platforms such as SAP (PP, MM, APO/IBP, S/4HANA), Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, e2open and/or similar.

Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture principles

Demonstrated ability to influence executives and lead through change

Strong communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into business value

Experience building and mentoring high‑performing, diverse teams

Additional skills that will make you successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience supporting manufacturing plants, operational technology integrations, or Industry 4.0 initiatives

Background in large ERP or supply chain transformation programs

Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification a plus
