Clarvida Assistant Program Director Catalyst program San Diego Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of administrative operations of the program. Communicate and coordinate services and program needs with staff as appropriate as well as with other internal departments as needed. Determine the structure of the workflow within the program. Supervise delivery of services and ensure completion of case files to meet program standards. Responsible for purchase, expense requisitions, and budget spending as required by the program and approved by the program manager. Deliver purchase requests, mileage forms, human resources information forms and other paperwork to appropriate corporate office staff as needed. Upgrade and maintain computer software and operations as needed. Research and promote staff development and training opportunities monthly. Oversee and coordinate timesheets, paychecks, and reimbursement delivery in compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clients. Compile monthly and quarterly statistics and other reports as required by Supervisor. Be responsible for licensure and certifications as required by staff and programs to conduct business operations legally and effectively. Transport clients to accommodate community relationships. Use of personal car or vehicle is required. May work a flexible schedule outside of business hours, weekends and beyond office hours as needed to support the program(s) and leadership. Participate, communicate and represent the agency professionally at county/community meetings; ensure compliance with County contract. Other duties as assigned or necessary to support the program and/or the company. Recovery Requirements

Works under the direct supervision of the Program Director. Education/Licensing Requirements

Education and/or Experience: At least one year of experience proving an ability to work under minimal supervision, select from a variety of established procedures and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish assignments in a timely manner. Ability to make appropriate business decisions regarding budgets, expenses and delivery of services. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Proof of valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, as well as proof of education are required. Prior behavioral health experience preferred. Maintain valid LMFT or LCSW License with State Board of Behavior Sciences. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, or Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited college or university. Must possess a current, valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC and licensed by the appropriate Board as a Clinical Psychologist to practice independently at the highest level possible. Licensed for two years. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Ability to lead and direct the work of others. Intermediate level PC skills required. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills and written and verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. Salary and Benefits
