We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Landscape Maintenance Sales Representative to focus on new business development within multifamily, HOA, and industrial/commercial markets. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and securing new landscape maintenance contracts. After contract execution, accounts are transitioned to operations and account management teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in a consultative sales environment, and comfortable prospecting within property management and commercial real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new landscape maintenance contracts within multifamily, HOA, and industrial markets

Prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, property walks, and industry events

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused exclusively on new opportunities

Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service agreements tailored to client needs

Sales Process & Contracting

Conduct site walks to evaluate properties and define scopes of work

Collaborate with operations team to develop accurate pricing and proposals

Lead contract negotiations and close new maintenance agreements

Collaboration & Account Transition

Coordinate with account managers and production teams to ensure a smooth execution

Participate in turnover meetings to clearly communicate contract scope and service expectations

Market & Industry Awareness

Monitor local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends

Represent the company professionally at industry events, property management meetings, and trade organizations

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscape maintenance, facilities services, or property services

Proven success in new-business development and contract-based sales

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to conduct property walks and site evaluations

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Familiarity with landscape maintenance operations and terminology

Ability to understand scopes of work and service contracts

Strong CRM usage and pipeline discipline

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales activity
