Responsibilities

Function as the source of knowledge and strategy within the region as it related to Value added services and guarantee products. Manage the support in sales calls with the agencies and co-construct the animation of the network.

Increase VAS product sales development through LATAM & Caribbean Region.

Administer, create, and analyze commercial reports towards identifying areas of opportunity for the sales team to pursue.

Lead the network with inquiries to properly trouble shoot any potential setbacks and co-construct a robust training program for the network and new value-added services solutions.

Develop and maintain VAS Revenue / Customer Database for value added services including intermodal. Generate and provide standardized reporting to all stakeholders as required.

Proactively look to develop and implement strategy with both VAS Director and Commercial Managers to meet and exceed VAS product sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

4-6 years Industry Experience required

Vast knowledge Value Added Service (VAS) product details, processes, and group systems management

Extensive knowledge of Cargo Risk Management Assessment

Knowledge of International cargo insurance terms and conditions.

Interpersonal skills (effective in written and oral communication).

Solid knowledge of the sales Process

Logistics Industry knowledge with focus on commercial development

Understanding of International Trade Markets

Proficiency in Microsoft and Business Intelligence Platforms (QLIKSENSE, COGNOS)

Proven Microsoft EXCEL skills with ability to analyze, validate and perform quality data in large data sets

Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

Ability to develop SOP’s and document workflow

Strong work ethics and initiative

Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, think quickly and work under pressure
