Who We’re Looking For: Digital Mass is adding a

Salesforce DevOps Developer

to our growing team. We are looking for a technically strong professional with a passion for

automation, source control, and release engineering

in Salesforce environments. This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining

enterprise‑grade deployment pipelines , owning release processes, and enabling development teams to deliver changes safely and efficiently across multiple environments. As part of our delivery team, the DevOps Developer will collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure deployments are predictable, auditable, and aligned with best practices. Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a continuous‑improvement mindset are essential.

Compensation: Salary Range:

$110,000 - $155,000 a year

What You’ll Do:

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps and deployment automation pipelines for enterprise clients

Own and manage release cycles, including planning, validation, deployment execution, and post‑release support

Configure and maintain source control repositories (Git) and branching strategies to support team‑based development

Implement and enforce DevOps best practices including CI/CD, version control, environment management, and rollback strategies

Leverage Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, and similar platforms to automate and govern deployments

Collaborate with developers to ensure metadata, code, and configuration changes are deployment‑ready and aligned with standards

Troubleshoot deployment failures, environment issues, and metadata conflicts across multiple orgs

Document deployment processes, release procedures, and operational standards

Identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and deployment velocity

Communicate deployment status, risks, and issues to internal teams and client stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Salesforce environments with a focus on deployments, releases, or DevOps

Strong working knowledge of Git and source control workflows (branching, pull requests, merges, conflict resolution)

Experience with Salesforce metadata, environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), and deployment concepts

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of Salesforce development components (Apex, Lightning, flows, metadata types) sufficient to support deployments

Platform Developer I certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working through complex deployment issues

Ability to clearly document processes and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

What Will Set You Apart:

Hands‑on experience owning Salesforce deployments in a professional or enterprise environment

Experience designing or improving CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce

Exposure to multi‑org or multi‑team Salesforce implementations

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and adapt DevOps practices to different client needs

Proven ability to manage multiple releases, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
